I passed the exam of 352-001 today, my score is 988/1000.

The exam is relatively easy.

I have passed the exams of CCDA and CCDP before taking the CCDE exam.

I spent three weeks on preparation for the exam.

The study material I used is the study guide and the P4S tests.

Most time is spent on tests, thus I can prepare the exam more efficiently.

That’s all.

I was just wondering if anyone had taken the CCDE (352-001 ADVDESIGN) written exam yet?

If so what were your experiences of the exam?

I am half way through the study for the routing and switching composite exam (having already passed the ARCH exam) to certify CCDP

I am a network designer by trade and was wondering whether to shelve the composite exam for the time being at least and dive straight into the CCDE track and come back to the composite later?

Whilst the configuration stuff in the composite is interesting it’s not something I do day to day. Going back to have to pass the CCNA to get CCDP was annoying enough I guess I am a least a month or two away from being ready to take the composite so should I swap straight to the CCDE track?

To me it doesn’t make much sense that CCDP is not a pre-req for CCDE?
